Delivery and Returns Policy
By CTT courier service. This service admits a weight of up to 20 kg. Two attempts to deliver items will be made (NB: a note will be left after the first attempt, in order to arrange a time for the second.).
Items will be delivered within 3 days for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, and within 5 days for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Customers will be able to track the delivery of their items electronically, being able to access information regarding whether the item has been processed or is in transit, the product information, the general terms and conditions and tracking instructions.
Customers will be notified of any modifications to the due delivery date by the service provider, along with the reasons for any delay and a new date for delivery.
These delivery periods are applicable to those orders placed before 4 pm. Orders placed after this time may take a further working day to deliver.
If an item is not immediately available, this will be delivered at a later date.
Saturdays, Sundays and local and national holidays are not considered to be working days for this purpose.

All products sold are under guarantee and the retailer must repair, replace, discount or cancel the sales agreement, as appropriate, with any costs for returning an item being met by UCHCEU-shop.es. Customers must inform the retailer of any problems with their items within two months of becoming aware of them.
Customers may return items and request a refund of the purchase price and delivery charges within 14 days of delivery. Any such item must be in perfect condition and the shipping costs for such returns must be met by the customer.
Customer may exchange items due to a problem with the size. In such a case, the shipping costs of the correct item will be met by UCHCEU-shop.es and those for the incorrect item will be met by the customer.
